Privacy Policy, Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

According to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and in relation to the personal data in possession of the team BDC Studio legale, we inform you as follows:

1. Collection of personal data and its purposes. In performing its own activity, both in Italy and abroad, the lawyers and collaborators of BDC Studio legale might collect your personal data directly from you or from third parties. Without prejudice to the obligation of confidentiality, personal data relating to you will be collected and processed in compliance with the rules of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and will be used exclusively for the correct and complete fulfilment of the law firm activity.

2. Manner of processing. Your personal data will be processed using both manual and information technology methods and will be kept in the offices of BDC Studio Legale or other suitable places for the time necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 and thereafter for as long as required by law.

3Extent of the processing. The persons responsible for the data processing may gain knowledge of your personal data and may communicate them to external collaborators for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 and, in general, to any third parties to whom the communication of your data is necessary for the proper fulfilment of the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1.

4Cookie policy. To the extent this web page might make use of so-called technical cookies, those cookies are aimed to perform the browsing or provide a service requested by the user. They are not used for further purposes. Without such cookies, certain operations could not be carried out or could result more difficult and/or less sure.

5Transfer of personal data abroad. 
Your personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to in point 1.

6Data owners’ rights. According to Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 the data owner has the right to obtain from the data controller the confirmation of the existence of their personal data in the data controller data-base and the provision of said personal data in an intelligible form.

You have the right to know the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identity of the data controller and the persons to whom the data may be communicated. The owners of the data have the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, annulment of data, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law. 
The data owners have the right to forbid the processing of their personal data.
