After gaining significant professional experience in law firms with an international outlook, Avv. Francesca Bucciarelli Ducci decided, with other young professionals, to establish the Bucciarelli Ducci Corsini Studio legale, a law firm with a dynamic and international perspective.

In the field of Civil Law (with particular reference to contracts, company and commercial law matters, real estate, asset protection, health law issues, family law), her expertise ranges from extrajudicial advice and legal opinions to assistance and defence before the courts of ordinary justice of first and second instance, with a preference for prior extrajudicial mediation and conciliation.

Her training as a notary and continuous cooperation with notaries have further enabled her to develop in-depth knowledge of inheritance and wills-related matters, as well as of donations and divisions.

Avv. Bucciarelli Ducci, who graduated in law from the “L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli” University, Rome (2002), sought to continue gaining experience overseas (BHS Brookhaven, MS, USA; Universitet I Oslo, Oslo, Norway - Erasmus) even after her successful completion of the Bar Exam (she was admitted to the Arezzo Bar in 2006); this has enabled her to enhance her interest in and knowledge of private international law and (international) arbitration and its various applications.

Francesca Bucciarelli Ducci, who has authored publications related to town planning law, corporate law and sales, regularly attends courses and seminars on her areas of practice, both in Italy and abroad.
