W
ith his significant work experience in law firms with an international outlook in Italy (Delli Santi ed Albertazzi & Partners, in 2001-2002) and abroad (Von der Seipen-Steinberg-Franz, Cologne, Germany), Avv. Giulio Corsini was a driving force behind the establishment of Bucciarelli Ducci Corsini law firm.

Avv. Corsini advises mainly Italian and foreign companies involved in various business sectors (especially in real estate, aviation, transport, industrial, commerce and trade, food, consumer goods, insurance, etc.,) on both domestic law and on cross-border issues. He also advises individuals and professionals (including notaries, architects and doctors).

From the beginning of his legal education, Avv. Corsini, who graduated in law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” (in 1998), has focused on civil law matters, first at a national level and then in relation to cross-border issues, by dealing with cases involving, inter alia, private international law. He has gained significant domestic and international experience in various areas of civil law, ranging from corporate and commercial law, real estate and related contracts, to inheritance rights, labour law, industrial and intellectual property and personal rights in general. He is also skilled in civil procedural law.

Indeed, Avv. Corsini assists his clients in civil proceedings, before national courts of ordinary justice and in arbitration proceedings administered by the major arbitration institutions, at both international (such as the ICC of Paris) and national levels (such as in procedures for assigning Internet domain names). He has solid experience with cases raising issues of private international law, foreign law, Community law and Convention/Covenant law.

Avv. Corsini, who is admitted to the Roman bar (in 2002), has attended several specialisation courses and he regularly attends update courses and seminars in the practice areasmentioned above. He has also completed a Master programme in Corporate Law, held by IPSOA, Rome, in 2006-2007; an International Arbitration course at the ICC, Paris, in 2006; a Seminar on International Arbitration at the Consiglio Nazionale Forense, Rome, in 2006; a Corporate Procedural Law course at the Ordine degli Avvocati Forensi, Rome, in 2005; and a Private International Law course, at the AIGA, Rome, in 2004.
