German and Comparative Law
A key element that characterizes the firm is its internationality. Indeed, the firm has established an International and German Desk to better meet the needs of its international clients or Italian clients with interests abroad.
In this respect, the firm has particular expertise in Italian-German legal matters and, more generally, in matters related to trade between Italy and German-speaking countries. BDC Studio Legale has indeed established a German desk and counts, among its professionals, a native German speaker, who is qualified to practice as attorney-at-law both in Italy and in Germany, and who has considerable and long-standing experience in the field.
We are thus able to assist our clients in matters regulated by German law from our offices in Italy (Rome and Arezzo) and to represent and defend them before German judicial authorities.
The lawyers of the BDC team further conduct research services on comparative law (regarding Italian, German, Austrian, Swiss, UK and US law) not only for private subjects but also for important public entities with an interest in foreign legal systems.
