BDC Legal is pleased to announce the Joint Conference of the Bilateral Italian‑German Arbitration Group (DIS/CAM/AIA/ARBIT) on Arbitration in Germany and Italy: Recent Developments, which will take place in Berlin on 15 June 2026.
The conference will offer an in‑depth discussion of the latest developments in arbitration in both jurisdictions, including applicable law, arbitrability, challenges of awards, expert determination, and recent legislative reforms in Germany.
Our partner, Maria Theresia Roerig Corsini, will moderate the panel discussion on expert determination and arbitral proceedings, bringing together leading German and Italian experts for a high‑level comparative dialogue.
